Meet Altheia Deutsch 

Altheia graduated from Austin Peay State University with a Bachelors in Science and Education. She was a high school and college athlete so moving into the health and wellness industry was a natural jump. She has since taught Physical Education and Health and Wellness for over 20 years. 

 

Altheia received her Assisted Stretching Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in 2023 and soon she will be working towards her license in massage therapy at the Deep Academy. Some of her hobbies include lifting weights, walking her dogs, and spending time with her wife/friends/family.
